If you feel that you don't have time in your day to meditate, try this daily activity meditation! Simply slow down your daily activities to half your usual speed and attempt to stay present to the activity, instead of letting your mind wander freely. This can be done whilst shopping, showering, eating or cleaning, or any chore. Try to let go of the need to complete the task, and focus on how your body feels in the moment. Slow your breathing and enjoy the slower pace.
