  • Pull up a happy memory. Take a moment to picture yourself there. Remember the sights, smells, and emotions you felt.
  • Get positive feedback! Ask 3 loved ones what they like about you.
  • Take a break in the day to write down 3 things you are grateful for.
  • List 5 qualities of your personality or outlook that you believe define you. Write one word, phrase, or sentence for each. Don’t overthink. What is important to you?
  • Make a small connection. Say hello or smile at a new person today.
  • Learn from plants: Stay hydrated. Stay rooted. Breathe in what is good for you, and let go of what is not.
  • Check in with your emotions. Set aside time to name what you’re feeling without judgement.
  • Take time to write out your thoughts, anything that is bothering you. When you feel ready, let it go by shredding it, tearing it, or throwing it away.
  • Imagine you’re your best friend. What would you say to them if they were in your situation? Look in the mirror and say that.
  • Go on a beauty scavenger hunt. Find five unexpected beautiful things where you are, inside or outside.
  • Find a small crafting project to engage your creative self-expression! See if you can get access to beads, ribbons, paints, coloring tools, or whatever supplies you’ll need.
